  1. seperated my shoulder two years ago, it was pulled 2″ out of my socket, I had surgery to fix it. since then my chest has been flabby. I do some push ups and bench from time to time but my shoulder gets sore, I’m thinking about getting the tower 200 to try and get back into shape, Doc said max 35lbs lifting for the first couple of months but it’s been 3 years haha I need to get in shape I’m finally back up to benching 75lbs and jogging an hour each day but no toning yet, just a lot of jello lol

  4. I really like this piece of equipment. I installed this to my garage wall by screwing 2x4s at the top and bottom of the wall. Make sure the 2x4s are screwed with some big bolts and screwed to the wall studs. Will have to put some blocks in behind the 2x4s before screwing to the wall. Then just mount the Tower 200. There you go! No more worries about breaking a door in half.

  7. Just got my tower 200 this morning and have snapped one of the cheap shity plastic hand grips after 5 reps on the red, need to buy stronger handles now, BAD start

  9. @egp83 oh i definitely agree with u ..this machine is pretty good for toning and tighning up muscles a bit..but as far as gaining size and better results yes weights have always worked out better for me..i agree barbells and dumbells work better..

  10. @leon6266 i have not tried this but i know that for a good workout and size you need a good range of motion and weight, and it seems that these bands dont give any of those, so i would say that stick to the barbell and dumbbells.

  17. @SoldierInTheMaking Wrong side of door. Put it on the side that it does not swing out on. I put it on the wrong side when i first got it and the same thing happened to me. soon as I put it on the correct side the door it did not move at all. And i have one of those cheap hollow ass doors too. Try it and also get you a 1″x2″ piece of wood that is the same length as the width of the T200′s brackets and slide it between the brackets and the door so that there is no give.

  20. @SoldierInTheMaking same thng with my door too..i have a piece of crap hollow door..those r the worst for the tower..becuz they’re not sturdy at all and bend s the door..i dont recommend it but what i do is take a piece of strong cloth and place it in the part that opens then close it tight and it should be cool thruout the work out..i use a heavy work glove or a small towel and it never bends open..hope it works 4 u..
