  3. @BringOnTheScream there’s two ways to work abs, for flat toned abs, do high reps, high sets, low weight/resistance, maybe 3-5 times a week depending on how advanced you are, so obviously not killing yourself when you do it, otherwise you will overtrain, or do it, low reps, medium sets, high weight, and do it 1 or 2 times a week, this gives really ‘large’ abs, which isn’t the right word, but i couldn’t think of another one aha, check out scoobys workshop on google for great ab exercises, peace

  7. You need to bring your back all the way down to a flat position; this will give the best workout.

  10. suck your thumb – you can feel you abs suck in – thats how they should be on any type of sit up or crunch – this will prevent the sticking out abs mentioned in the vid – do pilates
