@perlarock – Definitely. But not only juggling. Juggling doesnt loosen your muscles and get you ready for action. If you don’t take your warm up seriously you could end up picking up some bad injuries throughout your football career.
what if i warm up with some juggling its that okay??

i saw some stretches ive never really used cus i havent seen them im gonna try them everyday before practice
@CR7Nando – Warm up is so important, don’t be one of those players who neglects their stretches or you are going to end up injured, watching from the side line.

@arsenalfaneric – Remember what I told you about training programs! You are too worried about what to specifically do instead of just getting out there and putting in work. Your heading in the right direction so just stick with it. Make sure you are addressing your Fitness, Technical Skill, and Game intelligence (watch Soccer) (play Soccer) (train Soccer).

Dylan, indoor starts for me in about 3 weeks and I need to make a BOOM!
So my training program is: (everyday but sunday)
1 km of sprinting and jogging combined (fartlek)
15 minutes juggling (my touch needs work)
pushups OR situps to failure (alternating)
