How to strengthen core muscles
Core muscles make the spine more mobile. Sit on the floor, legs stretched out, take the original sitting position. Raise your hands, lean forward as far as possible pulling  your hands. Try to touch the tips of the fingers outstretched legs, without bending your knees.Â
In the early days when you just start this exercise, take just a few slopes, and then gradually increase their number.
First, pay more attention to the fact that your knees are bent and feet as much as possible are drawn. The main task – to further stretch the core muscles. It is important to keep as your breath.Â
10 – 12 weeks your spine becomes more flexible. The result will be worth the effort  spent. If, in performing the exercise, you feel tired, lie down on the floor and relax a little, breath deeply.
How  to strengthen core muscles? Sit on the floor to your original position, as described above, lean on the floor with both hands. Now pull up to the chin left leg and then pull it back to its full length, then do the same with your right foot. Bend – straighten, bend – that straight right, then left foot. And so about 10 times. If  you will find it very easy and abdominal muscles will not take part in it, you can complicate it by yourself.Â
Bend right leg then left leg, and then puncture a few times with one leg, but straighten it on the weight and lower to the floor when the leg is boned. Change the pace and keep it straight in the air when the leg is bent. Bend your right leg in the air, straighten and lower. Same again with his left foot and then with both feet simultaneously. Now lift your hands from the floor and balance by performing the same exercise.Â
And finally, last, most difficult – to straighten and bend both legs at the same time not drawing hands. It requires some training. Therefore, start the exercise with a small number of repetitions and run it slowly.This is the way how  to strengthen core muscles.
