But well, luckily for you, I have already done all the research for you. 

First of all, the first thing that comes to your mind might be: “Who in the world is John Barban?” Well, firstly, John Barban is actually a specialist who is certified in Strength and Conditioning. If the words of a specialist cannot be trusted, then I really do not know who else in the world to trust already! But of course, John is not only a specialist, but he is also a coach who specializes in varsity training and conditioning, so you can be sure that he has seen a lot of different students with different body builds and how to cater to each and every single one of his students. 

John Barban is also a successful entrepreneur, so you can be sure that he has seen a lot of different people in the world, both men and women and probably people of all ages, thus he probably would also know how to really make your first impression stick via your body physique, which is what is the main purpose of going through the Adonis Effect program. If all these are still not enough to convince you that John Barban is actually a trustable person, John also has attained a Masters in Nutritional Science and Human Physiology from the University of Guelph, and has also contributed and taken part in graduate work in the University of Florida in the department of health and human performance.

The main reason why Brad Pilon took part in co-authoring the book is because he is sick and tired of the myths and misguided advice out there in this industry, and his goal is to help people navigate freely through popular nutrition fads and gimmicks in order to find real and proven nutrition strategies that work and help.

 

But… Does The Adonis Effect Really Work?

Well, you might be surprised to hear that actually research has been done regarding this and studies have proven and shown that workouts of higher intensity and higher intervals will burn more fat, not necessarily just ‘cardio’ type of workouts. What’s more is that these higher intensity and higher interval workouts can also help you to speed up your metabolism rate as it builds and maintains muscles, whereas the traditional and antiqued type of ‘cardio’ workouts don’t really help to build any muscles at all and probably won’t burn as much calories as the former. Doing a full circuit training of workouts involving every single part of your body is probably the most effective way to burn your unwanted fats and build more lean muscle. 

But of course, I have to be honest with you here – guys who use the Adonis Effect system will probably not see any massive results, as results will probably be slower and gradual. But I can assure you this is not necessarily a bad thing, as on the other hand, the results that you get will probably last much longer and you won’t have to find yourself in a position where your previous weight immediately comes back the moment you stop the program or slack off for a bit. Why this is so is because the Adonis Effect actually combines both diet & exercise together as well as suggestions for certain lifestyle changes to make one as attractive as possible to women.

 

The Negative Side of The Adonis Effect

 

Of course, every system in the world cannot possibly be perfect, and there are certainly some cons and negatives that come along with this system and information.
