Article by Al Ryan Jenkins
Doing a love handle workout is no easy task. Even for experienced gym trainers, trying to rip someone’s flabby stomach is one of the most difficult tasks. It may take a few months, or even years to do. For complete beginners, the task is even more daunting.
However, there is a way out of this. If the right program is followed and maintained, getting rid of love handles is not as difficult as it seems. So if you’re looking for a fast, easy, and effective love handle workout, I suggest you read this article in its entirety as I will share my top tips on how I eventually got rid of my flabby stomach.
But before that, let us talk about why we need to get rid of the fatty sides as soon as possible. You see, building fat in our body is not like the dirt that you can easily wash off cars. As time goes by, fatty substances reach a point where they are dislodged from their original position and travel the bloodstream for more areas to conquer.
So the longer time you let it sit, the longer it will take for them to be shed off. Makes sense doesn’t it?
So here are my top two tips on how to get rid of flabby stomach:
Cut the fat.
You need to start cutting down fat in your diet. What I did was to gradually taper myself off from restaurant food. You can do this by setting a day of the week where you can eat fast food. All the other days, you just have to restrain yourself. I personally eat out during Saturdays as it’s most comfortable for me.
Tone the muscle.
Lucky for me, I was able to come across a blog from a guy named Andrew Brison. He successfully got rid of his flabby stomach by using a fast, easy and effective love handle workout. The best thing about it is that he documented his experiences in his blog which I immediately fell in love with.
