Home Workout Routines: The Top 3 Ways To Workout At Home

How many home workout routines can you think of that are just as effective as anything you could do at a commercial gym? 5? 10? If you’re like most people, you probably don’t really know what you can do at home that’s as good or better than working out at the gym. The truth is that there are some types of exercise and working out that you can only do at the gym unless you can afford thousands of dollars of equipment. Power lifting and Olympic lifting come to mind here. However for most people, less than 0 worth of equipment and you can get in fantastic shape in the comfort of your own home.

1. Bodyweight Workouts:
This type of workout doesn’t require any equipment, barely any space and it won’t cost you a dime to get in great shape. Pushups, crunches, stair calf raises, leg raises, chin-ups, single-leg squats, lunges are just some of the exercises you can do for a bodyweight workout routine.
2. Dumbbell Workouts:
For those of you who have a set of dumbbells or want to expand on your home workout, then this is the way to go. You can do just about any exercise with dumbbells. Dumbbells are the ultimate pieces of home workout equipment and every home gym should have some. For -100, the price can’t be beat.
3. Cardio Workouts:
Here is another workout that doesn’t require equipment. You can do a home cardio workout in almost no space at all. High knees, kickbacks, wall touches, up-downs and lunges for 15 minutes and you have a simple killer cardio workout circuit. It really doesn’t get any easier.
And those are the top 3 ways to workout at home. It is the ultimate time saving and money saving workout hands down.
Let’s break the cost down for you. Spend 0-1000 or more for a 1 year gym membership that you really only need if you’re a power lifter, Olympic lifter or hardcore bodybuilder. Or spend less than 0 in dumbbells for a lifetime membership to your own home gym. if you opt not to get any dumbbells. It’s your choice. Personally, I say if you’re gonna workout at home, get the dumbbells and then your home gym workout routines will really be everything you want them to be.
