In order to keep you from making the same mistakes, I will describe three effective exercises to lose thigh fat in this article. You will also learn about the important role your metabolic rate plays in the process of burning fat.

Jumping on a mini-trampoline is one of the most effective, and yet most underrated, exercises to lose thigh fat. In order for you to see the results from jumping on a mini-trampoline you will have to practice consistently for at least 25 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. The great thing is, you do not have to jump high to benefit from this exercise. In fact, you can – and should – jump only a few inches high! Having discussed this exercise, I would like to show you another good training method to burn calories.

Squats are another very effective exercise to lose thigh fat. And the best thing about squats is: everybody can do it! Like jumping on a mini-trampoline you can do squads at home, as for example in front of your TV. In order to get satisfying results from this exercise, it is important to perform the squads correctly. You should do at least 15-20 reps per set and never pause for longer than 1 minute between the sets. Let’s go to the next exercise to lose thigh fat.

Have you ever tried Power Walking to get rid of thigh fat? You should! It’s another fantastic exercise to burn fat and get lean thighs. In order to make Power Walking work for you, you will have to walk at least 45 minutes at a stretch. In this exercise you will also have to actively use your arms and shoulders. By walking for 45 minutes or longer your metabolic rate will increase and you will be able to burn more fat. Actively using your arms and shoulders during the Power Walk will also result in a faster metabolic rate and a higher fat burning.

Now that you understand the importance of your metabolic rate, you will probably view things in a different light. Jumping on a mini-trampoline, doing squats and Power Walking are particularly effective and proven exercises to lose thigh fat. Therefore put these into practice and you will be able to see the results.

To loose weight you have to eat; but eat right. The last thing you want to do is starve yourself because the cellulite will take even longer to come off. Breakfast should consist of lots of fresh fruits and maybe a bowl of oatmeal or cereal. Lunch needs to include protein of any kind. For dinner, get an ample serving of vegetables and protein. You can have a few cups of tea through out the day, just don’t load it down with sugar and/or artificial sweeteners; eliminate them altogether. Keep grapefruit juice or tomato juice, which burn fat, on hand to have at snack time.

If you use food as a tool and eat clean, healthy and as naturally as possible, you will see results. A diet secret that dancers use to stay slim is to use vinegar on as many things as possible. Use it on spinach and salads or drink it straight. Green tea is a natural antioxidant and you should try to drink as much as possible when starting your anti-cellulite plan.

Exercise

You need to approach exercise a little differently for burning cellulite than you would for just loosing weight. Work on building long, lean, strong mussels; this will create a streamlined look and your body will begin to melt off the fat. Pilates is the best and fastest way to do this. Add 20 to 30 minutes of cardiovascular activity to your day. Add some light weights to your routine as well. The secret is to build lean muscle mass.
