Lastly, you can do crossovers – laying flat on the floor with your arms extended, lift one leg up straight in the air, then bring it across your body until your toe touches the floor on the other side, while keeping as much of your upper body on the floor as possible.

To get rid of the muffin top, you’ll need to do some cardio at first and also add some strength training. That doesn’t mean you have to lift heavy weights. Maybe start out doing resistance training which is anything like walking and push-ups. You are building muscle and muscle burns fat.
