Female athletes considered these exercises as an important routine in building up strong upper body muscles. Biceps exercises include curls which can be done with the use of dumbbells, barbells, and curl machines. Improving your triceps can be best done through rope pull-downs, drips on the bench, and two-arm triceps overhead extensions. Enhance your shoulders by doing curls and press using dumbbells, or either dumbbell raise. Chest muscle enhancement can be attained through certain workouts such as cable cross-over on a pulley machine, bench press, or dumbbells.
For women who are interested of getting sexy hard abs, abdominal exercises registered as the best workout to perform. These types of exercises target mainly on abdominal muscles and its surrounding cores. Aside from sit-ups, which are the most common abdominal exercise, other exercises exist in a form of crunches, side bends, leg pull-ins and many more. This contributes abdominal strengthening in the upper part of the ab muscles.
For the lower body workouts, legs are the primary target. Since women stores more fat in their thighs, lower body exercises focus more on achieving a perfect toned, leaner and stronger leg muscles. Exercises for this area usually work more than one group of muscle at a time. These exercises include leg press, squats, lunges, and seated leg curls.
It is recommended for most beginners to have a workout log to determine how far you have gone with your fitness workouts. Remember that an effective workout requires an individual’s determination and hard work.
