So here is the exercise, we will use the lying down chest fly as our chest exercise

To do this chest exercise simply Lie on a bench. And grab a medium to heavy weight with both hands, now with weights over the chest and with your palms facing each other push the weight up until the dumbbells are over your upper chest. Next step of this chest exercise is as follows: Keeping the elbows slightly bent, simply and slowly lower your arms out to the sides and down until they’re level with your chest. Go for the stretch and make sure you take a few moments to feel the stretch. Now simply squeeze your chest to bring your arms back up as though you’re hugging someone

This represents one set

The key is to do as many repetitions as possible until you can’t do no more-this is what we call training to positive failure

Now here is how to make this chest exercise even more effective: we will do rest pauses: and it is done as follows, you do one set as explained above, when you reach positive failure, rest 20 seconds and repeat the chest exercise, take it to failure again and then rest another 20 seconds and then do the chest exercise again (so far in this example we have done 3 rest pause sets)

Do as many rest pause sets as possible-until you can only do one repetition as a set

This is a powerful chest exercise routine and all you need is just one set of this
