The 2 best weight losing exercises aren’t what you think. In fact, you may have never even done them. AND… they aren’t hard. So you’re probably going to learn something new in this article. My hope is that you not only learn something new, but you use these 2 exercises to get rid of your fat fast.

Weight Loss Exercises

1. Easiest, most convenient way to get cardio in… jump on a mini-trampoline

This is my favorite exercise. I’m big on convenience. If it’s not convenient, I don’t expect my weight loss clients to do it for very long. So I get them to buy a mini-trampoline ( about) and jump on it during 2-minute TV commercials.

This is a full body exercise that forces your body into speeding up the metabolism due to the short 2-minute mini-workouts. I highly recommend you limit jumping on the trampoline to 2 minutes at a time.

Repeatedly doing 2 minutes (whenever you have some free time) boost the metabolism while keeping you fresh. You probably won’t sweat either. You don’t need to depend on going to a gym if you have a mini-trampoline.

This is what I want you to do. Watch some TV. Yep, go ahead. Enjoy your favorite show. But there’s a catch. During the commercials, jump on the mini-trampoline.

This is my sneaky way of getting you to do about 20 minutes of cardio without it feeling like it.

2. Besides mini-trampoline jumping, I want you to hula hoop

I want to get you back to the basics. A gym simply isn’t necessary to lose weight through exercising. It’s a waste of time and money. Free yourself from the gym and you instantly reduce the amount of headaches you have in regards to exercising.

Get yourself a weighted hula hoop and twirl it around your waist for a total of 5-10 minutes a day. Again, if you want, use the TV commercials to get this exercise time in so you don’t even need to schedule a workout.

The hula hoop is a wonderful piece of equipment (especially for women) that tones and sculpts the waist, love handles, and hips really well.

These are the 2 of the best weight losing exercises I know of that you can do in the privacy of your home.

Not walking on a treadmill everyday for 45 minutes* Its not swimming a lot of laps * And its’ definitely not running 5 miles everyday

The best weight loss exercise is…* Something that you like (love) to do* Something that you can do everyday for 30-60 minutes* Something that can at least make you break a little sweat

So that rules out watching TV, reading and sleeping. Just think about something that you enjoy doing that requires you to move.

Do you like to play golf? If so, just play 18 holes without using the golf cart.

Do you have kids? Play with them everyday for about an hour-they will enjoy it and not only will you lose weight playing with them…You are preventing them from getting obese as well. Give your kids piggyback rides or play catch with them everyday for about an hour.

Even activities that you may not enjoy like Yard work, gardening or housecleaning can be done to lose weight. They are not just chores to do around your home but they are weight loss exercises as well.

Just do some kind of activity everyday for at least 60 minutes. Don’t make up a workout routine-just DO something. You can start RIGHT NOW while you are reading this article.

YOU WILL LOSE MORE WEIGHT…doing something you like (love) to do. You will stick with it longer because it doesn’t seem like work.

Advanced tip: Do interval exercises at least twice a week to burn more fat.

Have you ever heard of interval training? Interval training is where you workout fast or hard for a period of time followed by a period where you workout slow or easy.

For example—You may run for a minute and then walk the next minute.

Interval workouts should last no longer than 20 minutes but at least 10 minutes. So if you do an interval workout you are really working hard or fast only half the time and resting the other half by working out easy or slow.

Here are some more examples of some interval workouts you can do:* You can Walk or Jog up and down flights of stairs…Going up is the hard part & going down is the easy part* You can Run a lap around a track and then walk a lap around a track* You can freestyle swim a lap real fast followed by a easy backstroke swim for a lap.

Just make sure that when you do the interval workouts that the hard or fast part is really intense. For example if you are doing a run/walk interval—Make sure that the run part is so intense that you just can’t wait to start the walking part.

Why do intervals?After you finish an intense interval workout your metabolism will remain elevated hours after you finish exercising. So for many hours after you finish your interval workout your body is still burning calories (burning fat).

Think about it…while you are taking a shower after your interval workout you will still be losing weight. Even when you relax to watch TV you are still losing weight because that intense interval workout kept your metabolism (your fat burning furnace) running high hours after you finished working out…Interval training keeps your metabolism elevated throughout the day so you can burn more calories.

Interval training should be treated like weight training and be done 2-3 times a week.

I’m going to share with you the 2 best weight loss exercises for overweight people. These exercises turn your body into a fat burning machine. The great news is that these won’t require you to spend hours a week in the gym.

Best Weight Loss Exercises

1. HIIT Incline Walking and Running on a treadmill

HIIT stands for “high intensity interval training”. The reason why HIIT is so great for fat loss is because it causes such a MASSIVE “afterburn effect” in the body. Literally, your body is in a fat-burning frenzy for hours and hours after you’ve completed your HIIT session.

You can burn calories at a highly elevated rate for up to 18 hours after a workout like this. So what you do is get on a treadmill and incline it 15-20 degrees. Next, you walk for 1 minute on it. Then you boost the speed level and run fast on it for 15 seconds. Keep repeating that sequence over and over for a total of 25 minutes.

You can adjust the times to fit your fitness level.They don’t have to be 1 minute and 15 seconds. If you did it as outline above, you’d end up walking 20 times for 20 minutes and running 20 times for a total of 5 minutes. 3 times a week is all you need to do to get incredible fat loss benefits from this exercise.

2. If you don’t have time for the gym, stay home and do some mini-trampoline jumping

This is the total opposite of the HIIT. Instead, I want you to focus mini-trampoline jumping for 2 minutes at a time in an effort to radically speed up your metabolism. The perfect way to go about this is with tv commercials serving as your unofficial workout times. It’s been proven that mini-workouts are way better than your typical longer workouts when it comes to effecting changes in your metabolism rate.

So 2 minutes at a time for a total of 20 minutes a day would be great for weight loss. These are the 2 best weight loss exercises for creating massive fat burning fast.

Here’s the best weight loss exercise you can do that takes only 5 minutes of your time. Yet, fat will pour off your body. It’s a simple exercise you can do at home, but I must warn you… it’s not EASY. Read this now if you’re busy and want to save some time while getting in your fat burning exercise.

Best Weight Loss Exercise – Hindu Squats

First off I want to say that there are a lot of great weight loss exercises you can do. I like this one in particular because I can get it over with in 5 minutes. So on days when I’m too busy to go to the gym or do my normal workouts, instead I just do this 5 minutes of fat-burning nirvana.

Before I tell you how to do this, let me say that the reason why this burns off a lot of calories and fat is because it creates an oxygen deficit that is bigger than most other exercises. This is caused because of the speed at which you do these. You do them fast.

Now, fast is relative. What’s fast to you is slow to me. But that doesn’t matter. It just has to be fast FOR YOU INDIVIDUALLY. If it feels fast to you, then you’re doing it right.

Ok, now to describing hindu squats.

The parameters of doing this are simple. You do these for 5 minutes NON-STOP. Now, you may not accomplish this the first few tries that you do them. That’s ok. Just remember, that’s the goal. Another goal you should look to is to accomplish 100 reps of hindu squats in those 5 minutes.

If you’re not getting 100 in 5 minutes, you’re doing them too slow. Be sure to squat down far enough too. People tend to cheat by not squatting down far enough just so they can get the required 100 reps. It’s better to do full squats where the top of your thighs go below parallel to the ground and get only 80 squats than it is to do 115 squats doing 1/2 squats.

As you can probably tell by now, these are only bodyweight squats. Weights are unneeded. You get what you put into this exercise. It’s something you need to commit full effort to in order to get fast weight loss results.

I consider this the single best weight loss exercise for busy people.

If you want to lose weight, you have to exercise. There’s really no alternative. Many people believe that diet alone can trim down an overweight figure, but diet without exercise can actually do more harm than good. Keep reading to find out the absolute best weight loss exercise, and why no one who needs to lose weight will succeed without regular weight loss exercise.

Basically, weight loss is a simple exercise in mathematics. If you put in less energy (food) than you use up, you’ll lose weight. So, from that simple formula it would seem logical that cutting down on the energy in will mean that the energy balance will be negative, and thus fat will be used up. However, it’s not that simple. The amount of energy used up during day to day activities is related to the basal metabolic rate (BMR), which is the rate at which the body doing nothing (except surviving) burns energy. If you live a very sedentary life, you probably won’t burn many more calories than that burned by your BMR alone. This in itself doesn’t seem to be a problem, as even a sedentary dieter, who’s very motivated and regimented in their eating, can consume less than they’re burning. So what’s the problem?

The problem lies in the fact that a body, when it thinks it’s starving, will do whatever it can to defend itself, and to do this it attempts to lower the body’s basal metabolic rate! One means by which the body does this is actually to use muscle for energy rather than fat. Muscle requires more energy to maintain than fat does, so in order to conserve as much energy as possible, burning muscle works quite well. But for an overweight person who needs to lose weight, it’s a potential nightmare!

So we’re back to the all important notion of weight loss exercise. Any exercise will keep the body burning energy stores, and the more exercise you can do (within reason) the more of those energy stores will be used up. Aerobic exercise is considered to be particularly good for weight loss, as oxygen is needed to help metabolise fat, and of course, aerobic exercise also burns the most calories. However, where aerobic activity fails as a weight loss exercise, is that it isn’t quite as good at preserving muscle as you might think. If a person is still living on a reduced calorie diet, the body will still try and preserve itself as much as possible, which still means that muscle may be metabolised (although not to the same extent as in the sedentary dieter living on a very low calorie diet).

The remedy for this is weight training! The best weight loss exercise by far has to include weight training, at least three times a weight. And I’m talking about the sort of weight training that builds muscles! The more muscle a person has, the higher their BMR is, so the more they’ll keep burning day after day.

By learning as much as I could about exercise, and by incorporating both weight training and aerobics into my life, and following a program called The Mediterranean Diet, I was able to lose weight and keep it off! After awhile I found the exercise really enjoyable, and by following a diet plan that allowed me to eat foods I really liked, I found the whole process much easier than all my previous dieting attempts had been.

Weight training not only builds up muscles but it also goes on to burn a lot of calories as you workout. It is also known that by having muscle you also lose weight faster (plus it looks pretty nice).

Cardio workout VS Weight training workout
This is a pretty tricky one to pick but I would still go for weight training. Yes cardio does burn more calories than weight training the problem is when you stop cardio your calorie burner goes down. This is the exact opposite in weight training. Weight training may not burn as many calories during the workout however, when you finish weight training your body starts to repair the muscle fibres you damaged while working out and this needs energy which comes from calorie, therefore I think that if you are looking to burn calories fast and quick go for cardio, but if you are looking to burn them over a period of time and build muscle mass as well go for weight training. You can even mix them up if you really want to.

What to do whilst working out
whilst working out an important factor you don’t want to forget is drinking water as it keeps you hydrated. Water has more uses than that though, it also helps you lose weight (didn’t know that did you?). Water increases the efficiency of the kidney which aids the liver with metabolic reactions (metabolism). By fuelling the kidney you make it easier for the liver to covert stored fat into energy. Don’t just drink water while you exercise. Drink it 8 times a day and keep your metabolism high (it also defines your muscles tone).

That is it. The best weight loss exercise in my opinion is weight training and with the help of drinking water, it is even better. You don’t have to take my word for it, go and try it out and see the results that come from this which are not weight loss but an increase in muscle mass

The easiest exercise in the world actually “Burns the Most Fat”!

There is only one weight loss exercise that’s the best fat burning exercise for everyone by far, there’s not even a close second.

However, most so-called weight-loss experts don’t teach this exercise, either because they are ignorant of the facts, or more than likely, because they can’t make any money from it.

They can’t make any money from the best weight loss workout, because you don’t need to join a gym, and you don’t need to buy any exercise equipment to do it.

People who advise that…

You have to go through all the different exercise routines on all the different exercise equipment in a gym, or buy all this weird exercise equipment, or that you need to be running for weight loss, are just giving you the runaround.

Weight Lifting As a Weight Loss Exercise

Many people who call themselves experts, make the claim that since muscles burn fat, you need to build big muscles so that you can burn more fat, and so…

You should work with weights, because that builds the biggest muscles.

That’s totally misleading, but it sells a lot of gym memberships, and lots of exercise equipment.

Many people are looking for a quick weight loss workout, and also, many fitness professionals (note that I didn’t say experts), believe that the harder you work out, the more fat you will burn, but…

That’s a Lie!

The people who make these kinds of claims, obviously haven’t a clue how the human body works as it relates to weight control, and they should probably look for some other line of work.

The Fat Burning Workout Or Sugar Burning

Yes it’s true that fat is burnt in the muscles, but so is sugar. All the really hard exercises where you sweat a lot and your muscles hurt, is burning practically nothing but sugar, and almost no fat.

Most professional teach that you have to work really hard to burn fat, and so the more motivated you are to have a fat burning workout, the harder you work, and the harder you work, the more sugar you burn, but practically no fat whatsoever.

You can go through all kinds of weight lifting routines for your weight loss workout, and even build big muscles, but they will be “sugar burning muscles”, not fat burning muscles.

If you’re a woman, you can build such big muscles this way, that you’ll begin to look like a Guy, but you’ll still be fat!

Walking for Weight-Loss

Realize that “walking for weight loss” is the absolute best weight loss exercise available. Unless you’re already very fit, walking for weight loss is a much better fat burning exercise than running for weight loss.

It’s all relative!

If you’re unfit and overweight, especially if you’re obese and a typical couch potato, then…

If you go running for weight-loss, you’ll burn almost nothing but sugar and you’ll probably be very sore the next day.

On the opposite extreme, if you’re an experienced marathon runner, then your body is a very efficient “Fat Burning Machine”, which burns almost nothing but fat during a run.
