Natural BodyBuilding Part 1 First day “Back”

I have always been into fitness but after a serious back injury i’m in seriously bad shape. So for motivation i will be filming and uploading all my workouts until i have lean 20 inch arms and an 18 inch neck and calves. My measurements at the moment are 16 inch bicep 16 inch calf and 16 inch neck. Body fat is around 25%.Over the next three months i will be doing lots of cardio and two workouts a day until i surpass my previous best,, strength, cardio, low body fat and size.

www.LeeHayward.com Bodyweight Rows For A Bigger Back. I’m a big believer of including bodyweight exercises in your workouts to help maximize muscle growth. Exercises where you move your entire body through space are much more demanding and provide a greater amount of nero-muscular activation then exercises where you just move your limbs. This is why squats are harder then leg presses, pull ups harder then pull downs, etc. One of my favorite bodyweight exercises for building a wide muscular back is chin ups or pull ups. For years my back workouts would often include up to 50 reps of pull ups. I’d do sets of 5-10 reps using different grips until I completed 50 total reps. But this past January I suffered a serious muscle tear in my teres major and tricep tie in area and this has really hindered my back workouts. In fact I haven’t been able to do a full pull up with my bodyweight in over 7 months because it is just too much stress on my previously torn muscles. I’ve been looking for an alternative exercise that combines the benefits of bodyweight movements and will still allow me to work my back intensely without over stretching my muscles. And the exercise that I came up with is bodyweight rows. They are almost like doing an inverted push up. Bodyweight rows are to your back, what push ups are to your chest. To set up for this exercise I like to use the smith machine and set the bar so that it is about waist height. I’ll then place a flat exercise bench about 4-5 feet away

It is a known fact that female bodybuilding is not as prominent when compare to their counterpart. Even though female bodybuilding is getting popular day by day; there is misconception about it that is stopping many women from getting in to it. In this article, we will look at some of the most common myths about female weight loss training and bodybuilding.

Myth # 1 – Bodybuilding makes you masculine.

By looking at all those women who appear in Ms.Olympiad its easy to get this opinion. But the truth in those women who appear masculine is that they want to look masculine. One of the major hormone that increases in muscle growth is testosterone and is naturally produced in male body but not in the female body. Hence female bodybuilders have an opinion that they wont be able to develop muscles unless they use steroids and drugs in order to achieve high muscularity. Women can achieve firm, fit and healthy looking body if they can workout without taking any artificial steroids and drugs.

Myth # 2 – Bodybuilding reduces agility and makes one stiff.|Myth # 2 – You will lose your agility because of bodybuilding.|Myth # 2 – Bodybuilding causes stiffness and reduces your agility.

This will only happen if you just want to workout certain part of your body. If your perform exercises that have a full range of motion your agility will increase. Therefore, one should be careful with the exercise you do if you want to make yourself stiff.

This is a common misconception about bodybuilding in general. This can happen if you train badly and only workout certain parts of your body. The exercises you perform have to benefit the entire range of your body. So if you have proper guidance this won’t happen.|The truth is you can lose your agility and become a robot if you don’t workout every part of the body. Unless and until you have a very bad trainer who doesn’t tell you that you need to workout the entire range of your body, this can’t happen. }

Myth # 3 – Bodybuilding turns fat in to muscles.|Myth # 3 – All your fat will become muscles if you get into bodybuilding.|Myth # 3 – As a result of bodybuilding, body fat will turn to muscles. }

Losing fat and gaining muscle are two different thing. If one has a high fat content in your body, then you need to have a proper diet and do aerobics if you want to lose fat. To gain muscles you need to workout. You can not turn fats into muscles just by doing weight training.|To be honest i have no idea why people have such an opinion. Fat and muscles are two different types of body tissues and they have no connection. Bodybuilding can help you build muscles but if your goal is to lose fat, then you have a healthy diet and do aerobics.|Getting into bodybuilding thinking that they can turn their body fat in to muscles, is as absurd as it can get. Bodybuilding will help you to grow your muscles. But if you want to lose fat, you need to exercise and have a proper diet. }

On the other hand, people also say that if you stop doing weight training, muscles will turn back in to fat. The reason many lose their muscle after stopping working is simply because of inactivity and poor eating habits.|Also in the same way, many believe that if you stop your training all the muscles you have gained will become fat. Bodybuilders who stop training become fat mainly because of poor eating habits and inactivity.|

When bodybuilders stop training, usually they gain fat because of poor eating habits and also of inactivity. Because of these many get an opinion that muscles will turn back into fat if you stop training. This is not true. You can still maintain your muscles if you have healthy eating habits and do moderate exercise.}

Myth # 4 – Bodybuilding will increase your breast size.|Myth # 4 – Breast size will increase because of bodybuilding.|Myth # 4- Bodybuilding can increase the size of the breast. }

But the honest truth is at best in will reduce the size of the breast. Since the female breast is mainly made up of fat, there is no direct effect of weight training on your breast. If the body fat percentage goes below 12 percent, it can lead to the reduction of the breast size. Since weight training increases the size of the back, it creates a misconception about an increase in breast size.|The reason for having such an opinion is that, the size of your back will increase if you do bodybuilding. Hence it creates an impression of increased breast size. Since the female breast is made up of fat, bodybuilding has no direct effect on it. But as a result of weight training and bodybuilding, if your body fat percentage falls below 12%, your breast size may actually reduce.|For female bodybuilders, their size of their back increase as of bodybuilding. This gives an impression about the increase in the size of the breast. But actually at best bodybuilding can only reduce the size of your breast. Fat is the main component of female breast, hence the size of the breast can reduce if the body fat percentage falls below 12%.}

There are many more myths involved with regards to female bodybuilding and bodybuilding in general. The honest truth is that is more benefit to women as a result of bodybuilding. A female bodybuilder will have a higher stamina when compare to a normal women. To get a better idea about female bodybuilding, its better if you visit bodybuilding forum that are frequented by expert female bodybuilders. There you can questions and get proper answers rather than depending on the opinion of people who know decidedly less about it.

There are a lot of people out there who do not know how important increasing your back strength is to bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is used to either increase muscle mass, or increases your functional strength. In any case in order to do this you must increase your core strength which lies in your abdominal muscles and your back.

If you do not work out your back you will lose a lot of core strength, which could lead to painful injuries. You see your back is structured together by your spine, ribs, the scapula, and ligaments and if these are injured in any way, it could lead to excruciating pain.

There are so many different injuries that are affiliated with the back, and most of it is from lifting heavy things, compression, or rotating the wrong way. Keeping the muscles around the spine strong will make it easier for good posture while lifting, leaving less chance of getting hurt.

Your back is very fragile, so you must take thing slow and gradually increase your strength there. Sure you can overdue it and get your back looking ripped, but if you do, you can cause more damage down the line, leading you to more pain.

One of the muscles that are important to your back are you trapezius muscles (traps) which are the muscles that line around your neck. A good technique to strengthen these muscles would be shoulder shrugs. This is where you take a dumbbell in each hand and shrug your shoulder up as high as they will go and then let it down slowly.

Another muscle that is crucial to the strength of your back is your deltoids. There various ways that you can work out your deltoids. However, the most common way is to take dumbbell in your hand, with your elbow at your side, and make sure that your forearm is out level with the map. You will the extend you arm out until it’s at shoulder height so you are able to look straight down your arm at the dumbbell.

Now that you have worked out your trapezius muscles, and your deltoids, you need to then go to your lower trapezius muscle which runs down your ribs. The best exercise to do here is a v-bar pull down because it will isolate the muscle thoroughly.

The next thing you will want to do in building strength in your lower back is shoulder arches. Now this exercise you will want to do lightly as it is easy to overdue it. Just take a dumbbell over the back of your neck, lay down on your front, and arch your back.

Making sure that you do not strain your muscles is essential here, so you will want to do various stretches before you work out.

Reverse Grip Rows : some Bodybuilders assume a very stiff position without moving their Torso back and forth and some others perform this exercise with a lil sway movement following the weight. I personally prefer the later way of doing for the fact that it allows you to stretch the muscle even more and gives you a freedom to use more weight and further more it definitely lowers the pressure on the lower back as oppose to the fixed position.
