CRAZY tip to get abs: howgainmuscle.org Skull Crushers:: 6 to 8 reps:: These are not your momma’s skull crushers. These are a full range of motion skull crushers. Start with the bar straight above your shoulders. Bring the bar above your head for full range of motion. For MOAR triceps bring the bar even farther back to make it a 2 move lift and one smooth easy lift to return the bar to start. These are serious triceps workouts, have fun! Superset these with dips. Come down until your elbows are about 90 degrees. Go to failure. Do six sets of these then on to close grip bench presses. Close Grip Bench :: 8-10 reps:: 4 Sets:: Grab the bar with your hands 6-12 inches apart. The closer your hands the more triceps you will work. Ensure your elbows stay tucked in close to the body. Because I now had a busy full time career, I didn’t make time for sports anymore. I gained 15 pounds of fat, mostly around my mid-section. My husband says I could have been the face for “Flabbylicious Fitness” if I didn’t change my ways. I was 24 and rolley for the first time in my life. It was really depressing. I knew I needed a change. I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer as I was intimidated by weights and all the machines. I lost 12 pounds within the first month of working out. I saw muscle in my arms that I had never seen before. Of course I LOVED IT! The next few years was an on again, off again type of exercise. When I was about to go on vacation, I would workout, drop weight and when I got back from vacation, I wasn’t moti- vated until it was time to leave again. Subscribe for more workouts: goo.gl Welcome to Insane Home Fat Loss! I’m pumped for this new channel where we’re going to be bringing you two new killer bodyweight workouts every week. You’ll be able to start doing the workouts right away with no equipment — and they’re a great way to burn fat and tone up in just a few minutes a day. And to kick it off, here’s a simple yet challenging bodyweight workout you can start off with… Here’s how to do the exercises: LEG RAISE PUSHUPS — Raise one leg in the air and do a pushup as normal. This makes it a lot more challenging, and works more muscle groups than the standard pushup. AIR JACKS — Just like a jumping jack, except your feet don’t touch the ground on the outside. Flare your arms and legs outwards just like a jumping jack, and bring them back together before you touch the ground. BODYWEIGHT SQUATS: Put your weight on your heels, and bend at your knees keeping your back straight and sticking your butt outwards. Bend to 90 degrees and come back up if you’re a beginner — if you’re advanced you can challenge yourself by going a little deeper (but make sure to stay safe!) JUMPING KNEE TUCKS: Jump in the air as high as you can, and tuck your knees into your chest. Simple, yet brutal ;) HOW TO PUT IT TOGETHER: Do each exercise for 30 seconds and take 15 seconds rest, then do it again. I use a Gymboss timer to time my sets, use this or something similar to ensure you aren’t tempted to take extra rest time. 1st 8 sets
